designs, therefore, we strive to introduce you to a local architect who
best parallels your ideas. Prior to this meeting, we work with you to
organize and compile all of your custom design ideas from photographs,
magazines or sections from other floor plans in order to gain an
understanding of your needs.
We will also advise you on a lot choice, if you do not already own one. We will help you locate the available lots that meet your requirements or we will recommend one from our inventory. When working with the architect, with your specific lot in mind, we incorporate sun orientation, views and topography into your plans to maximize the features that are most important to you. The realization of your custom home is ensured by integrating all of these relevant factors. We do not require, however, that your plans be generated from our architect. We also give proposals for and build plans from your personal architect of choice.
With plans in hand, you then meet with us to determine the detailed specifications for your home. Our office is furnished with a variety of materials that will assist you in making your selections. We will discuss with you the pros and cons of all materials that will be used in the construction of your home to assure that you are completely satisfied. Following the specification process and initial cost preparation, we have the ability to explore cost comparisons of different materials that you may be considering.
